Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. After dispatch or after the four-hour window, contact elvorparfums@gmail.com for help.
Registered customers can cancel from My Orders. Guest customers can cancel using the secure order link sent by email. Select Cancel order and confirm to complete the cancellation.
Prepaid orders cancelled within the permitted window qualify for a full refund. Depending on bank processing timelines, refunds may be credited instantly or take up to 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a cancellation request does not create a payment refund unless a payment was collected.
